GetGeekStrong.com was created as a personal journal of my journey to physical and mental health. I have not been physically fit since I was 8 years old and have been overweight for most of my life. While I excelled in academia I have continued to try to learn more and strengthen my mind since being out of school. The content of this blog has since expanded to reflect the major areas of importance in my life. In addition to physical and mental health, this includes parenting, entrepreneurship, finances and my Christian faith.
My entrepreneurial itch has been with me since childhood. I won’t deny the fact that one of the goals of this site (like other sites of mine) is to provide a stream of income via affiliate marketing and advertising. Hopefully a few visitors to this site will find the Amazon links and maybe the advertising useful. If not, at least I tried. Yeah capitalism.
I live in Oklahoma City with my Wife and three children, Little Girl, Big Sister and Big Brother. By day I work as a Graphic Designer. By night I keep working as a designer and do stuff like this blog.
